Store Policies

Current processing time is 2-5 business days, even though we strive to get orders done as soon as possible! Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at samscraftyco@gmail.com within 72 hours. Due to the customized nature of our products, we may exchange an item if it is found to be defective or if an error was made during production. We may offer a replacement or a store credit if you receive a product that is not up to our standards.

All packages are sent out via USPS first class with a tracking number provided to you. If you believe your package is lost, please contact USPS to file a claim. We will not refund, remake, or credit your account for any order lost or damaged by USPS without a claim.

Orders are sent to the shipping address entered on the order form. Make sure the address you entered is complete and accurate. Sam's Crafty Co is not responsible for packages that are non delivered due to incorrect shipping addresses. If any packages are returned to us, the buyer must repay shipping to have it shipped again.
